Here are some tips on how to keep performing at your highest level and get out of an exercise rut.
- Think about the people that would love to see you FAIL- this should get you fired up more than anything.
- Set a reachable short term goal- Make a short goal like "for the next 14 days I am doing X!" Then once completed do another.
- Buy new apparel- I don't know why this works but, when I get a new pair of shoes I get a little recharge for exercise.

- Do shorter workouts - An easy justification most people can come up with is. "I don't have the time today." So cut your time it takes to workout and up the intensity. This can be a bridge in between you longer workouts and give you a mental break, and spike your results.
- Find phrases that motivate you - Recently I have hit a wall about half way through my workouts and I just use this phrase to regain my focus. "You're Already Here, You Might As Well Get After It." Let's Get Fired Up!
