There are a million diets out there and everyone has an opinion on the right way to eat. We hear everything from just eat cabbage at every meal for two weeks, or don't eat any carbs for a month, or eat a grapefruit after every meal and you will lose weight. Wow!
We allow some of the most unqualified people we know or meet to tell us what to eat.
Here are two things I want you to consider when choosing who you allow to feed you:
The person you get nutrition advice from should be an example for you and a mentor to you. Their life should epitomize health and fitness in a way that is sustainable for a lifetime, not just a season.

- Make sure that person is practicing what they preach. It's one thing for a person to talk the talk. But it's a whole new ball game when they also walk the walk.
