Not giving in to old habits and staying focused works. I think the best piece of fitness advice I can offer, though perhaps a little bit harsh, is “STOP MAKING EXCUSES"!! Starting today I want you to acknowledge that allowing someone into your life is a privilege. You must value your time, be stingy with your space and guard your peace of mind like a precious gem.
